Minimum 5 years of work experience across the fields of market access, HEOR (health economics and outcomes research) and pricing within an international pharmaceutical or medical device company
Experience in the fields of cardiovascular and neuromodulation are a plus
Commercial acumen, with the ability to challenge the status quo, bring new thinking, and a continuous improvement mentality.
Proven hands-on experience and networks in the field of market access, health economics, and pricing
Understanding of healthcare ecosystems in key geographies including commercial challenges and reimbursement/policy trends
Excellent ability to organize and simply communicate complex data to diverse audiences
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to align others behind a strategy across internal cross-functional teams as well as external audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Agility to search and respond to drivers of changes in the internal and external environment
Ability to turn data into insights, insights into strategy, strategy into tactics, mobilize resources and drive high-quality execution
Demonstrated skills and experience in appropriate allocation and deployment of resources in terms of activities, projects, and investment
